Our apologies but the live stream camera is not wanting to work today. Therefore none of the games will be live streamed for tonight (December 16th)

Due to the current weather forecast, Franklin Public School will dismiss at 1:00pm today. All students will have the option to eat lunch before we dismiss, and buses will run accordingly. There will be no practices or extra curricular activities, except for a short meeting for the high school basketball teams. This meeting should be over before 1:30pm. With the short notice of an early dismissal, please let us know if you need help finding some place for your younger students to go.

On Thursday, December 9th in Harvard there will not be JV Boys Basketball, the JV Girls game will start at 5:00 pm with the Girls Varsity to Follow
On Friday, December 10th vs. Lawrence/Nelson in Franklin there will not be JV Boys Basketball, the JV Girls game will start at 4:30 pm with the Girls Varsity to Follow after Parent's Night Recognition for both Basketball and Cheerleading
We are asking that all parent's of a basketball player or cheerleader please be at the game on Friday no later than 5:15 pm

Congratulation to the FFA Chapter for an outstanding performance. Both Junior and Senior livestock and the Biotechnology teams qualified for state. Carter Trambly was the district champion in Middle school livestock judging and Keller Twohig was the District champion in the Junior division. In the senior division the Biotechnology team members were Meredith Shaver, Emily Rutt, Sadie Pritchard, and Tucker Rose. Junior Livestock selection team consisted of Keller Twohig, Grant Haussermann, Liz Olson, and Grant Kahrs.
The Senior Livestock selection members were Tavin Uden, Emma Jackson, Macy Cline, Barett Haussermann. The middle school Quiz bowl teams placed fourth and tenth.
FFA Degree ceremonies Brooklyn Schurman won the Creed contest and Zayden Wilsey was runner-up. They will represent the chapter at the district competition in January.



Due to low numbers for Franklin there will NOT be a Boys JV game on Saturday, December 4th vs. Sandhills Valley in Franklin. The games will begin with Girls JV at 2:00 pm and Girls Varsity will follow after a short break between Girls JV and Girls Varsity. Boys Varsity will follow Girls Varsity.
