As announced & approved by the USDA, COVID Relief Funds available to schools will allow all students attending FPS, Grades K-12, Free Breakfast & Free Lunch from 09/01/2020 through the end of the first semester, 12/22/2020. FPS will implement this program immediately. A letter explaining the program and its benefits will be mailed home to all parents/guardians. If you have any questions please call the HS Office.
Flyer Football Fans - For the game scheduled for Friday, September 18th in ELBA, there has been a time change. That game will now start at 7:00 pm instead of 3:00 pm. Elba was able to get officials to do a night game instead of the originally scheduled afternoon game. More information will be provided about this game next week, but for now please plan on a 7:00 pm start instead of 3:00 pm.
Just a reminder, TeamMates will have a Back to School meeting on Tuesday, September 15th at 5:30 at the Park. Permission forms need to be completed for Mentees, one parent/guardian, and the Mentor and turned into Cortney James or the TeamMates room by Friday, September 11th in order for you to attend this meeting. If you are unable to attend, please let Cortney know as soon as possible.

Parent's of High School Volleyball and Football players, we were just informed that Wauneta-Palisade's Booster Club is planning to feed our student athletes and coaches following the games on Friday. We want to send out a big thank you for their generosity.

Attention Parents of a High School Football Player, we have scheduled a preseason Football Scrimmage for Friday, August 28th starting at 5:00 pm. With this scrimmage being held outside, we will not be limiting who can attend, but we do ask that you please respect the current DHM of 6 feet of physical distancing, and keep your children within your family group and not running around the field. Finally, with COVID-19 there is nothing you need to bring for admission, as this will just be an open scrimmage.

This is due to the fact that we will only have the gym partially set up and not set up for a full game. Therefore, we are asking that only Parents attend. Finally, with COVID-19 there is nothing you need to bring for admission, as this will just be an open scrimmage.
