Flyer Golf Updates:
Monday, April 26th - Alma Tournament - Levi Lennemann 86, Jake Harrison 79, Gregory Boettcher 95, Isaak Grube 100 and Tucker Rose 110. Jake Harrison got 2nd and the team placed 2nd.
Tuesday, April 27th - Kearney Catholic Tournament at Meadowlark Hills - Levi Lennemann 83, Isaak Grube 90, Spencer Wentworth 94, Jake Harrison 90 and Gregory Boettcher 98. Levi Lennemann placed 2nd and the team placed 3rd.
Next tournament will be Thursday at Southern Hills in Hastings.

Reminder - Franklin Public Schools will host our Fine Arts Awards Night tonight (Monday, 4/26) at 7:00pm in the school cafeteria. We will honor - Art, Band, Choir, Future Problem Solvers, One Act, Speech, and Quiz Bowl.

Due to the lack of availability for substitutes, school will be cancelled on Wednesday, April 28th so staff can attend the funeral for Craig Bonham. The last day of school for grades K-11 will be Friday, May 7th with a 2:00pm dismissal. Thank you.

The test is free for all Nebraskans, privacy is guaranteed, and participation can be done at your own convenience. By taking part, you are contributing to the growth and development of your community at no cost. We encourage people to take the test at different times of the day, on every device and to test often.
Will you help us? Will you put a notice in your newsletters and post on your Facebook page? We would be happy to provide flyers, business cards, etc (Examples provided) If you choose to create your own message, you are welcome to borrow any of the language in this email. Please let me know how we can partner with you to promote this Broadband Speed Test!
Step 1: Make sure your device is connected to the internet and go to www.nebraskaspeedtest.org

Step 2: From there, scroll toward the bottom of the page and enter your selection in the white box under the “Take the Speed Test” and then hit the “Let’s Do It” button.
Step 3: Enter information into the corresponding boxes.
Step 4: Hit “check address” and the test will run."
Step 5: If your home or work does not have internet access available, it is very important to note that too, by putting the address into the website and clicking “No available service” when you are at a place with service (i.e. public library)


The Golf Meet scheduled for Tuesday, April 20th in Alma has been postponed to a future date TBD. This postponement is due to the predicted weather for tomorrow.
As of right now we are planning on going forward with the JH Track Meet in Franklin starting at 1:00 pm for tomorrow. This will depend on the amount of snow that accumulates over night tonight and a decision will be made by mid morning. Either way school will still be dismissed at 12:00 pm tomorrow. Stay posted.

The Franklin Flyer Golf team took 2nd place at the Red Cloud Golf Invite on Thursday, April. 15th. With the following medalists:
