We are excited to prepare for a new season of youth basketball. If your child is in 3rd-6th grade, and is interesting in participating this year, please complete the form below by Friday, October 24th. We are playing in the Heartland Hoops League again this year. Games will be scheduled for 4 Saturdays in January and the first Saturday in February.
The number of girls we have sign up will determine the number of teams we are able to form and how the teams will be split.

Our lady flyers put up a hard fight but unfortunately were not able to beat thoae Mustangs.

Homecoming Week was a hit! Students had a blast with “Anything but a Backpack” day—showing up with everything from coolers to a dirt bike. On Friday, they decorated floats, held a pep rally, and crowned this year’s royalty. That evening, the boys brought home a win, and the night wrapped up with the Homecoming dance. Congrats to the boys on their victory and to Carter and Johanna on being crowned Homecoming King and Queen!

Sliver Lake will be doing a Pink Night for tonight's games and have invited us to join in! Tonight's theme is Pink Out in Roseland! Good Luck Flyers!

School Picture Retakes will be Thursday, 10/30/2025. If your student was absent on picture day, picture packets are available in the high school office. If you did not like your students school pictures students need to bring back their original picture packet for the photographer and she will retake their picture. Please see Jan if you have any questions.

The FCCLA Blood Drive will be October 29th in the Alternate Gym. Please contact Erica Bonham at erica.bonham@fpsflyers.org or 308-470-8006 to get signed up!

The Junior Class will be working the concession stands October 18th and
October 20th for the TVC Volleyball Tournament. We are needing some extra
help!! Please let Mrs. Haussermann or Mrs. Hubbard know if you would be able
to help either day. We would really appreciate your time!!

October 18th- We would need help for the lunch crowd-11am -2:pm
October 20th-We would need help 6pm-8pm.

Meet the Staff at Franklin Public Schools!

A special day for the Flyers GBB team. Coach Bonham set up a meet and greet with the UNL ladies basketball team. The lady Flyers were able to have a team lunch and hang out with some incredible Husker role models! GBR!
