Reminder Middle School Orientation will be Thursday, August 7th at the school. 6th grade orientation at 6:00pm. 7th grade orientation will begin at 6:45pm. Please contact the school if you have any questions.

The Franklin Jr. Flyer Wrestling program will be hosting a camp on Saturday, September 6th. Camp will be lead by special guest Nick James, a 4x University of Nebraska Kearney All-American and 2x National Runner-up. Registration for camp is now open! This will be the last week of summer weights. Official Fall Sports practice will begin on Monday, August 11th. All physicals must be turned in to the high school office prior to beginning practice.

The weight room will be closed from Monday July 21st-Friday July 25th for summer moratorium. There will be no weights for high school athletes next week. The weight room is still open and available for public use during this time.

The Flyer Alumni Golf Tournament is this Saturday, July 19th! Proceeds go to Flyer Athletics! One alumni is required to play, get your teams signed up and support the Flyers!

Congratulations to J Choquette for placing 5th in the 100m dash, 3rd in 200m dash, and 2nd in long jump at the Cornhusker State Games! Way to go J!

Huge shout out to Audrey Cline for being selected as an All American for AAU Representing Nebraska!! This past week Audrey has been wrestling at the Scholastic Duals in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She went 10-1 in her personal matches. Her team went 9-2 and placed 4th. Way to go Audrey!! #flyerpride
