The Franklin Flyers finished their season at the ESU #11 meet in Holdrege, Nebraska. It was a double-elimination bracket. First, they played Southern Valley, who beat them at multiple other meets in the first-place match, and lost which put them in the loser's bracket. Then they played Bertrand and then Elwood. both were easy victories for the team. Their next match was against Eustis-Farnam, who beat them at the Arapahoe meet earlier in the season in the first-place match. They lost the match and ended the season with a winning record of 23-20.

The Franklin Flyers hosted the conference meet this year. They lost their first two matches and went 0-2 on the day. This is their second non-podium finish of the season. Kenesaw ended up taking the gold, Bluehill took the silver, and Red Cloud took the bronze.

The Flyers traveled to Minden for their next quiz bowl meet. The team went 1-2 on the day resulting in a quick end to the day. They didn't break finals. This is the first time all season they finished out of the top three.

The Franklin Flyers competed in their first double-elimination tournament this season. They lost their first match to Bertrand and ended up in the losers' bracket. For their second match, they played Southern Valley once again. They came out as the victor for the first time this season with a score of 75-40. After beating South West and Alma, they went against Bertrand again. This ended with a different outcome than earlier in the day. They won and made it to the finals where they played and lost to Cambridge. The Flyers ended with another second-place finish.

Franklin took two teams to the Alma meet. Team A, consisting of Eldon, Matt, Gregory, Trace, and Titus, placed second to Southern Valley. They had a 3-1 record once again. Team A has finished second place three times this season and third one time. Team B, consisting of Allion, Tucker, Bethany, Isaac, and Grant K., placed 4th. They had a record of 1-3.

Franklin hosted a meet at home on March 1, 2023. The Flyers took two teams to the competition. Franklin Team A, consisting of Eldon, Tucker, Matt, Grant K., Titus, and Trace, went 3-1 on the day with their only loss being in prelims to Southern Valley. They took home 3rd place. Southern Valley took first, Minden took second, Franklin A was third, and Alma was fourth. Franklin Team B went 1-3 on the day. They placed 7th.

On February 27, 2023, Franklin's Quiz Bowl teams (Elementary, Middle, and High School) competed in the Wilcox Quiz Bowl competitions. The Elementary Team finished 2nd. The Middle School team finished 8th. The High School team came out first in their pool with a 3-0 record on the day. They competed in the first place match against Southern Valley and lost 75 to 20. They ended the day in second place.

On November 8, 2022, Franklin's Quiz Bowl team competed in a two-pool competition in Arapahoe. They were in pool two and qualified for the bracket with a record of 4-2. First, they played Holdrege and won with a score of 85-35. Next, they played Eustis Farnam for the second time in the competition. They lost the match with a score of 50-55. Overall, Franklin took home second place with a record of 5-3 to Eustis Farnam.
